Before you go thinking that making a video game version of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s “The Great Gatsby” was the craziest idea Nintendo ever had, know this; They didn’t. As Escapist magazine points out, Charlie Hoey (from San Franciso) created the game recently.

For those with a fondness for8 bit style games, and for those who get the literary jokes, this might be right up your alley. You play as leading man Nick Carraway, and basically – you travel through New York and throw things at people.
