Win a copy of Quirk’s “Night of the Living Trekkies!”

The lovely people at Quirk Books were kind enough to send me a copy of their latest release – “Night of the Living Trekkies” – to hold my FIRST EVER (!!!) giveaway.

You know you’re excited.  Don’t lie.

To win your very own copy of this comedic gem of a novel (with zombies!) you only have to answer one simple question:

How would you insert zombies into YOUR favorite book?

Some of the examples we’ve come up with amongst ourselves are –

“The Zombie-Sitters Club.” (Undead Babysitters take over a small town in Connecticut)

“I know why the caged Zombie sings.” (The autobiography of a zombie writer who learns how having a strong will and a love for books can overcome racism.)

“The Zombie Shipmates.” (A non-fiction account of the first zombie settlers of the United States.)

You get the idea, right? 🙂

Send me an email – mail@suchabooknerd.com – with your best literary-zombie mash-up, and on 9/28 my esteemed panel of judges will select their favorite.

This illustrious winner will receive not only a copy of the book, but also a poster as well.

Get your thinking caps on.  The contest begins.. now.

(Side note: The gang at Quirk love giving things away!  Over at Facebook, there’s an official Night of the Living Trekkies. It’s really cool.  The authors check in and chat, and visitors can get all sorts of updates.  AND!! Everyone who joins is automatically entered into a contest to win some awesome prizes including Tribbles, Trekkies T-shirts, and signed copies of the book. Go there – and live long and prosper. page)
