Folks, it’s the weekend before Valentine’s Day.
My husband and I are going off-the-radar, escaping the world for a few days.
This means I will be turning off my beloved laptop and venturing away from the interwebs.
I leave you in the hands of four capable gents, who penned some wonderful lines about love.
“A lady of forty-seven who had been married twenty-seven years and has six children knows what love really is and once described it for me like this: ‘Love is what you’ve been through with somebody.’” – James Thurber
“All mankind love a lover.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
“All, everything that I understand, I understand only because I love.” – Leo Tolstoy
“Brief is life but love is long.” - Alfred Lord Tennyson
